Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and purchases made through Solid Reception, operated by Momentum Forest Products E.E., V. Olgas 83, Thessaloniki, 54642, Greece. All billing is processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
Free Trial
Where a free trial is offered, no charge is applied during the trial period. Your subscription begins and billing starts automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial expires. Cancellation during the free trial period incurs no charge.
Monthly Subscriptions
Solid Reception subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. The following terms apply:
- No partial refunds: We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service already rendered. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- Usage charges: Per-minute usage fees incurred during a billing cycle are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
Exceptions
We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
- You were charged in error or experienced a duplicate charge.
- A technical failure on our part prevented you from accessing the service for a significant portion of your billing period.
- You contact us within 14 days of the charge with a valid reason.

Beta Customers
Customers who joined during the beta period at a discounted rate are entitled to the same refund terms as standard subscribers. The discounted beta price is locked in for the lifetime of an active, uninterrupted subscription and is not transferable.
